Bazaar operates strictly as a Cash on Delivery (COD) store. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

COD Order Commitment:
Placing a COD order is a confirmation of intent to receive and pay for the parcel at delivery.
Orders confirmed via phone or WhatsApp cannot be cancelled without a valid reason.

Return Eligibility:
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Refusal of COD parcel without valid reason
• Customer unavailable at delivery
• Incorrect address or contact details provided by customer
• Discounted or promotional items

Refund Method:
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash only.

Legal Protection:
Bazaar reserves the right to deny refunds or returns that do not comply with this policy and to take action against repeated misuse or fraudulent activity.
